I clearly remember when my spiritual awakening and personal growth journey began. It was August 2011, and I was experiencing a rock bottom year...

I unexpectedly lost my grandpa to a heart attack, who was like my second father (who is now one of my main guides)

My best friend at the time fell out of my life

I was in and out of a toxic relationship

I had chronic anxiety, that had developed into panic attacks

I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin and couldn’t bare to be alone to face that feeling

My physical health was at an all time low with severe asthma, extreme pain, digestive issues, hair loss and fatigue
- I had no clue who I was and wore masks to mould myself into being "likeable" for whoever I was around
Ultimately, I was sick and tired of being stick and tired + I didn't know how to cope with it so I used drinking, partying and food to dissociate.
For years, I tried all the conventional tools to feel better - medications, specialists, therapy.
Yet, nothing was working.
One day, my doctor told me "this is just how life is going to be” and it was in that moment, something within me told me “NO. Keep searching. There is more out there for you.”
Looking back, this was a divine download that came through and I was at such a low point, I finally listened.
I had no clue what I was search for, but I was being guided. Aligned information, tools, books, resources and people began falling into my lap.
At the end of the day, my only intention from this is I wanted to feel better mentally, physically, emotionally - and I was open to try anything at least once.
Looking back on this journey, I NEVER expected it to guide me where I am now.
It guided me home to my higher self, my passion, my purpose, my dream career, life freedom, my soul mate, my soul tribe, perfect health and a life of abundance where magic and miracles flow in each and every day.
