That's why I embarked on a mission to create the perfect gluten-free bagel bite, and I'm thrilled to say that I've cracked the code! These little treats are not only easy to make but also incredibly soft and chewy—everything a bagel should be, minus the gluten.

5-Ingredient Air Fryer Bagel Bites (GF) Recipe

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time - 12-14 mins


  • 1.5 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (or regular flour)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for greasing)
  • Optional:  Everything but the Bagel seasoning or your choice of seasoning

1. Mix flour, yogurt, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
2. Roll into 1.5” balls.
3. Lightly grease with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
4. Place evenly in air fryer basket.
5. Air fry at 350°F for 12-14 minutes until golden and cooked inside.
6. Serve with cream cheese.
